Who we are

We are a group of Couchactivists based in Bedfordshire, UK. Our campaign was inspired by the organisation UpRising UK. We are currently taking part in an environmental leadership program, that shows us how to change the world of tomorrow and save it, eventually. 

We want to show everyone out there, especially YOU, what you can do to save the world from home. There is so much going on right now. We have a climate crisis because the ice is melting, animals are dying for no good reason, forests around the world are being destroyed and with that the homes of countless animals. As scary as it may sound, there is still hope. Hope, that one day humans will realise that they are the problem. We can change our behaviour now and show everyone else, how easy it is. You do not even have to go outside to be active. During the current lockdown because of COVID-19, everyone is at home. But that cannot prevent us from saving the world anyways, right? So, become a #CouchActivist like us and fight together with us. Try out ideas and tips and change your way of living. Be an example for our generation and share your experiences. You can have a great impact on the environment.
